Nokia 1600 White screen on Switch On

I have this mobile for flashing but when tried to flash this error occurs anybody could tell me why this problem occurs.

If Same Check with Other Cable

check the vio 1.8 volt and vflash1 2.8 volt these may be missing

rehot cpu with good quality flux
