3120 erasing error and flash error

i got a 3120 giving erasing error

if you use ufs with letest fia pack . then rebow flash ic. if not glued.

otherwise install letest fia.

thanks for posting i being waiting since all nite let me try it to do but problem is when erase it it's v4.52 erasing but gives error that i posted.when i try to flash it. it gives this error
