1600, 1110, 1112 Insert Sim

I m facing problem, I two time Remove & Peplce SIM IC (Insert Sim Case) But after face result Contract Service Problem. What is this problem? What can i do? Before no time faching this Problem.

Please Help & Solution give me.

Some chips around glass IC is resolder after you heating , ( you not put some covers on the ICs when you replase the glass IC ???) ..Check and reball Im think this is UPP or UEM ..UEM is on the glue then first tray reball UPP ...
