Modem is unlocked even if you are entered 10 times wrong unlock code.
I am attaching the screen shot how i do that.
(1) 10 tome wrong code proof

(2) Upgrade your firmware to 21.157.13.00.910.B757
Yet Locked

(3) Enter Modem Code as per New Algo.

(4) Send Unlock Command

(5) Modem is unlocked with 10 attempts left, see IMEI No. firmware and IMSI No. in screen shot.

I think it is enough for you to work.
If even though you cant unlocked then give your modem to professionals
WOW!!! Very Good tutorial to unlock, I unlocked four modem successfully by this method. All are working Good with other than Airtel CIM. Once again thanks to Arvind123.
