Try to HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000 for upgrade and after instole HWK_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000

1st install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000 &go for crogram files ,sarasoft,,install ufs drivers ,

do proccess as bro anil and rajesh said after that use higher speed internet connection 4 upgrade b cause as ur error is please check internet connection and try again

what did you done for sucsees of HWK I AM ALSO FACING THE SAME PROBLEM & WHERE I CAN GET THE NEW SUITE SETUP PLEASE HELP ME ANYBODY ARE U INSTALLED THE NEW SUITE OR HIGH SPEED INTRNET CONNECTION

unstill all old ufs setup from u r computer &1st install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000 &go for crogram files ,sarasoft,,install ufs drivers

I Solved This Problem By This Way

Connect the UFS Device to PC
if you are using previous version of ufs you need to uninstall first.
Remove driver
Remove Old Suite
Then
1: go to C:/ programfiles then delete nokia and sara soft folders.
2: go to C:/ programfiles open InstallShield Installation Information folder delete the folder named as
{E22E26FA-575A-4122-BB39-90321F1CF19C}
And
{585C5E3662B1---------------------86CA5}
3: go to c:/ windows, use search option, type ufs, delete those file if system shows,
4: go to c:/ windows, use search option, type hwk, delete those file if system shows,
5: Press start tab, then run, then type Prefetch,Remove all files
Deattach UFS Device
Reboot pc then install
6: install HWK_Support_Suite_Setup_v02.06.000.exe(4.30MB)
Reboot pc
Connect the UFS Device to PC
install driver
start update client
7: install 02.06.000.exe (50.2MB)

try by changing ur ufs usb cable! socket error problem is by faulty usb cable it will do inshallah try it post the result
