Does anyone know why some computers are shutting down when installing this version?

Odia says that the PCs that are shutting down are those "infected" with cracks like HWKKiller. So, first install suite 3.0.2 to clean the system. Then install 3.0.4. I´m not recommending installing this version in ANY way. Just giving the info, since the update to the newer HWK version is causing a good percentage of users to have DEAD HWK. So if you have the warranty is fine, if you don´t have it anymore, to stay away from it is my advice.

hi, i have ufs 12, box with me. ufs set up i have 2.0, 3.0,3.03 . when i install 3.03 setup & when i connect it says : unexpected exception , box error :1020 . what should i do in this regard to install and use the box. guide me pls?
