best installation

please give me installation guide....with installation. driver ....how do i install it

Following is my experience during Best dongle install process.
its steps:
1. Download and install “InfinityBox_install_BEST_v2.00a.rar” file.
2. it was installed at x:\InfinityBox\Best
3. connect dongle to pc, a “pop-up” apear at right bottom, end with > driver was not successfully install….
If you run software without driver, then you find “dongle not found ect..”
4. check at “device manager”

there is character [!] beside “smart card”.
5. insternet online, right click at smart card, choose “update driver…” then click “search automatically…”
if windows cannot find and install driver, got to 6
6. go to support server: (http://www.infinity-best.com/support.php)
there are more then one driver that user want to choose to use it, maybe because there are some type of dongle.
Try one by one driver below:
- Card-Reader_PKey_XP.exe
- AlcorMicro_sp56689_1.7.28.0.exe
- Fetian_FT2K_32
- Fetian_FT2K_64
- Omnikey_CCIDx32.exe
- Omnikey_CCIDx64.exe
- CardReader_SCM_SCR3310_x32_x64.7z
- CardReader_AlcorMicro_x32_x64.7z
- AlcorMicro_sp56689_1.7.28.0.exe

if the driver cannt installed succesfuly, then you maybe have to look for setool box e-Gate drivers.
At least your device manager must appear:

then you are ready to continue to run software.
7. run software with double click “BEST.exe” file at X:\InfinityBox\BEST.
At first time, mybe appear:
software ask for user registration.

8. Online
fill it:
- box serial: filled automatically
- user name: your nickname
- email: your email address
- click “create”
- appear: "The License file is successfuly..."
- click “OK”
9. Run: software again
if appear: "License file is corrupt..."
10. restart computer, and run BEST software, if still appear: “License file is corrupt…”
11. Solution, download “DongleManager.rar” file from support server.
12. extract and run “DongleManager.exe” file.
- Select project: choose BEST Tool
- click Read dongle serial number…
- for example, if logs:

Select project: choose BEST Tool
Click “register dongle, upgrade……”

Click “next”

Click next

Click “OK”

Dongle is up-to-date and has latest firmware. DO NOT try more !

Click “EXIT”

13. Try repeat > uninstall dan Install BEST

14. Internet online, double click “BEST.exe”
if appear:

fill it depend on the result of Read dongle serial number…
- click create.

If run software and still appear warning “License file is corrupt…”
15. Solution, uninstall software version 2.00a.
16. Download and install software version 1.99
17. Internet online
18. fill activation data based on the result of read dongle serial…
19. hope Best software running well.

NOTE:
1. to install BEST software at other drive or computer, the 2 file: *.ask dan *.dat must to copy-paste to new BEST folder.

2. your user and password can be seen or change at:
- software versi 1.58 and berfore at best.ini file.
at folder: X:\InfinityBox\BEST
- if software versi 1.59 and after at settings.ini file.
at folder: X:\InfinityBox\BEST
