my JAF can't FLASH please help!!

good day sir.. can anyone please help me about my problem with my new jaf.. i'll try and try to flash or reprogram the deadset unit cellphone..
but its not working... and when i flash the unit in my UFS (tornado)
its ok in flashing verywell..

HOW can i use my jaf if its not work in deadset phone..?? its useless right? pls help..

PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
