stock rom means nand and nor flash in every mobile

rom can identify the flash type

Karbonn A21 hard reset.

Press Power key + Volume up key + Home Key

and then select clear data.

Baraka42, there is no home hard button and even if you try to touch the capacitiv button it will still take you to the same screen" QPST download"

master try this...

1st press volume up and press power key and after 3 to 5sec press home key....

then mobile goes to recovery mode....

clear user data and reboot mobile.....
