Moto V3 "insert Sim" Problem!!!!!!!

hi,mates.........pls needed solution for motorola v3 with "insert sim" problem..
it was locked to T-MOBILE network before unlocking and it only works for two days........and suddenly got into "insert sim" even though the simcard is inside..pls any rendered help shall be appriciated.
