1. RIGHT CLICK RSV

2. goto SET WORKING FOLDER

(in the folder you want your backup/firmware to be taken)

3. (in rsv) RIGHT CLICK FIRMWARE

4. goto SET FILE

5. choose defaultFW

6. click OK

7. RIGHT CLICK WORKING FOLDER

8. goto REFRESH WORKTREE

10 goto CREATE RSV IMAGE

Hii i have also the same problem in my iphone .Thats the odd problem. I've used the iPhone preset with just the addition of two pass as a default for the longest and it has worked with no problems. Went to do the last disk of a TV show and ....well they won't sync now. Everything looks to be exactly the same.
