Xperia Neo V not working in WCDMA mode

My Xperia Neo V [MT11i] works smoothly in GSM mode but when i change (through network mode) to WCDMA mode no network found appears . My sim is of BSNL and same sim when inserted in other phone works great in GSM aswell as WCDMA mode . I also reflashed my Stock ROM [Locked bootloader] but same problem appears . What should i do ? Plzz help
