W550i-WHITE SCREEN

hi... 3 days ago i tried to flash my w550i, nthng happened cause setool didnt run [ idnt know what was the cause] so i unpluged myphone but since then i am only getting a white screen.

phone is connecting in file transfer mode [with holding C and inserting usb cable method]. but nthng is happening on my phone. i hv no clue wht to do. i downloaded xs ++ but it shows Error: Cannot open phone communication port but phone is connected and being displayed as removable disk in my computer with all my data present in there.

i too have a white screen on my sony ericsson w550i. showed it to the mobile repair shop. he said display belt issue.

can any on tell, can this be solved using the omnius tool. also if i give it for repairs, will all the data inside the cell like Smses, photos, contact numbers be lost or remain as it is.

If Problem with Belt Only : Don't Worry about your Data [SMS, Contacts, Photos & etc..]

If Software Problem : All Data will be Lost...

Don't Play with your Phone.. Just give it to Repairing Shop to Solve your Problem...

i tried to flash the phone using OMnius Tool but nothing happens. what should i do - steps. also what user Id and password should be entered
