nokia 6015i modem problem

Dear all members
i have bought nokia handset 6015i cdma set for using the internet but when i connect the internet the speed is too slow i have triedb every possible way but it couldnt open even any webpage the cable is CA-42 with pc suit 6.84 the pc suit alos didn't detect the handset & modem but i have installed the modem downloaeded from internet i am attaching the picture of status showing the erorr in receviing bytes corner plz hel me ti solve this i am mnuch confused i have contacted several time to mserivice provider they say it's not their fault

if someone could help me plz let me know if this is the cable problem i was told byy some guy to use DKU5 cable instaed of CA 42should i do this
