N73 Charging Ok But Can't Power On

I have a Nokia N73 , The problem is that it will power up when charging and give nokia logo and the charging bar in the corner it will say when it's fully charged but when you , switch on stays like that no powering up or anything

phone is brand new !!!
Anyone with any clues????????

Still in warranty.
avoid to open it for H/W or flash.
go to service center.

bro i think bad power switch way in your set...........if u want repar its......then check inside power switch skeen and try to check power switch way..............

i checked the tracks and all is ok !
also tried with anoher middle cover but same problem !
it's time to change power ic (avilma ) ???
