1600: no charging

1600: no charging (i.e charging indication doesn't shown &
not charging doesn't shown on display when charger connected)

Physical condition: normal

Observation: when handset on few second batt indication (at centre of display) shown after nokia logo.

Action Taken: flash phone with all ver by using jaf.

2) remove bsi line smd resistore

but problem remain same
