3120 battery draining

hello brothers,
when i put a fully charged battery on my 3120 the battery will empty within 3 hours.then that battery getting no charged with the mobile.mobile functions all ok.i replaced the battery but yhe sane come complaint remains.what is the prob................any one pls help me.............

open your phone & check
check shortage between battery terminals
phone may be water damaged ( full clean pcb with solution)
if not water damaged then may be prob in PA.

check the set short or not?
