as your image all ok ..
start phone with hwk(normal mode) if ok ..check bsi link parts

as per my knowlage without bsi nokia will show insert sim in some case it does not power on but in my case all thing is ok but only set goes off in accurate 30 second before it network disappears.

Did you Know about WatchDog Timer..?????

Maybe you have to Change UEM or Write RPL.. [Not Sure]

Just Search on Google and you will Find Proper Solution...
