bro am sure the problem is only keypad so if there is any way that ican use to replace ic from other circuit or jumper.

1- change charging base
2-check voltage at charging ESD ,
3- check value of 47k ,
4-check bsi line
5-Use original battery and charger
if all ok then prob in UEM
