7610 hang

hi to all

after connect 15 v by power supply in connector battery . phone dead , i change n130 / n230 and phone power but after few hour phone hang . i format by 3 button( * - 3 - send buttone ) but in half format phone off . when power phone show ( phone start of failor . contact retailor ) i arase flash and full flash and format by box . phone ok but was hang .
1- what i do
2- were is zocus ic in board

in lcd not show battery bar . when i connect charger everythinke is ok phone no hang
