Nokia 6600 showing only Nokia Logo

Hello,

Nokia 6600 dropped in water. Self reheated all chips properly.Now its showing only Nokia Logo & that too when i m attaching charger.

From the search on Google, it points out to the current sensor chip N380 (LM3819BLX) shall be replaced. From where do I get it??? I live in Chinchwad, Pune & its not available / heard by anybody here.

Can somebody please help to let me know where this chip can be buyed from. Also want to know to reball/ solder this small chip on board again. I do not have any exeperience with BGA chips.

you are right you have to change the booting ic n380 which is situated behind the battery connector. you can get it easily in the market or from delhi just say them you need the boot ic for 6600

I got this IC from local market in pune.

Can you please help me with reballing.. I Purchased a reballing kit, but It does not have soldering cream/ balls. It has only a soldering paste called ZJ-18. from where shall i get a soldering cream/ balls???
