3110 shows no lcd

hello, i got a 3110 to repair problem was set shows charging but does not store the charging. i just heated the tahvo ic after that it does not shows and picture
has anybody solution for my problem

u do correct bro....that must tahvo ic problem&lcd ic
coz u just rehot that ic .....so replace with new or reball!!!!!

here is 3110c lcd ic jumper
first u heat both of ic's then remove and use jumper
