If phone on but only charging problem

Change or check its charging jack and second step is to check the track as shown in the diagram given bellow.remove the little charging ic and make jumper as of two points of cap aster(short the cap aster points).

the phone did not power at all... It was as a result of the current that got it burn... The phone did not work including the charging pot... Thank so much
