Need help N70 white screen n Hang when put the battery n power on the phone it shows white display n flash light is on continiously remove the 2 black ics n make the jumpers but no use the prob is same ...need help

i think this omap or rap ics short...just reflow it then give me result.

Brother may be this set is water damage. please frist cleen the bord with acton and then rehote power ic and flash ic. also chack display connector both side. and chack complete pcb any type of oxide shoting may be solve your problume .post reply.
