6233 switching off

Hi,

I have a Nokia 6233. My problem is that my mobile gets switch off by itself often, sometime while in a call and sometime if i see in the morning its switched off. I have the latest firmware.

just need your advice

I did a search in the forum but couldn't find relevant post so started one.

if u r a mobile tech. .then u know that self test report or info. if ur not a technition then 1st change battery 2nd go to a mobile repairng shop.

Hi All,

I need your suggestion, As stated above my Mobile was switching off often with a white screen so I took it to the repair shop,

First visit : he changed the firmware but no use the problem persist ,

second visit : he then checked for hardware problem and said everything ok must be battery prob, I also changed battery but then also i had problem

Third Visit : he again reinstalled the firmware but still the problem persist.

but now
!. I see a display with white half screen and black pores( something like when tuning tv) the other half screen and it switches off ,

2. it turn to a white screen and after few second it come to normal closin all app or otherwise it switches off.

here 1st happens rarely, 2 point happens often
and now he say that its display problem and will cost 2000rs

Note: this black pores prob I have only after third visit

what could be the Real problem

, ( if display the prob couldn,t he find it second visit while checking hardware).

I understand your point ,well I have a doubt that is when he checked my hardware he should have checked my display ic (whatever ) If there was a problem it should have shown the problem isnt
please clarify
i am confused
