6600 humming sound

In a Nokia 6600 the conversation is ok. But there is a continuous humming sound which can be heard from the both the speakers of the connected phones while talking from this 6600 or to this 6600 irrespective of any make of the other phone connected to this 6600.

When this 6600 is switched to loudspeaker mode, no humming sound is there in 6600 but the other connected phone to it has still that humming sound.

any remedy anybody???
