Please make more clear what the problem is. We cannot help if we dont know the exact problem

Auto charging (charging indicates without plugging charger)
case , we have to clean and dry power area first, including charging way.
and have to heat up uem. I think it is not glued chip in most 1650 (chance of oxidation beneath UEM) .if not glued chip you can apply some cleaning solution to clean up uem side .Try

if phone water loged then clean pcb with ipa and then dry with hot air. also clean -reples charging socket.
