Need Advice On This

Hello,
I Am Having Some Few Problems With The Following Phones:
N73 - Bluetooth (cannot Perform Bluetooth Operation). Changed Bluetooth Ic, Bluetooth Module And Filters But Still The Same.
6270 - Network Problem. Changed Network Ic But Still Phone Could Not Have Reception, Even Wrote Pm, No Luck.
6233 - Charger Not Supported.
Any Ideas And Have A Nice Day.
