2310 calling button not working, all keys are working plz help

1st Try To Change The Key Pad Button If Still Same Problem Then Take The Reading From Metre Of Calling Button

Try changing keypad ic if not ok then reheat UPP

jus chek the connection of calling button.... n if u hav changed panel pl chek vt out panel.... n chek bottom of key pad does it hav spring action on the board... then jump to keypad ic.... last resort should b upp...
but 99% it is only keypad ,key board,or keypad ic fault.... no upp fault...
