actually not good for deleting posts in forum specially leaders post
its important for the forum its always gives knowladge for others, if he like to delete the leaders post, first he want to inform the poster what he did wrong then discuss with admin after only taking action. drictly taking delete action is toooooo wrong because all leaders and admins are not on line in 24 hours so how can u know wich posts deleted in forum and who deleted the posts? its realy bad and wrong, i am also moderator in other forums so i know forum rules well.

dear admin sir he doing wrong work with leader means, how can he behave with other members? this is not a simple matter think about this seriusly.
