6230 display ways?

can anybody help me with the display ways of 6230?
The phone is working but the display is white. When i warm the mainboard with hot air, the display appears for about 10 minutes.
I'm sure that the display is working and i think that some of the lcd ways is broken.

dear rashid , these were the 1st things which i've made, but the result was only 5-10 minutes normal working.
I downloaded the schematic diagram and tryed to find the responsible parts for the display. I've checked them one by one and then i found 1 resistor 100k that was corrupted from erosion. It is just under the soldered metal shields and it wasn't possible for me to see that something is wrong. I cutted metal shields with nippers and changed the broken resistor. NOW THE TELEPHONE IS WORKING PERFECT.
