VICTOR set (MTK 6225A chipset) red power button problem

In one VICTOR set (MTK 6225A chipset) has a peculiar problem. When pressing red power button to switch on/off the set, the button works ok. But while making, receiving, or deleting numbers dialed and other functions of the button, the button does not work at all.
If anybody has any solution, please help me

(r) any other model try to i.p clean then re-hot then check it
