sir , first change the lcd with a good one , if not ok then flash the phone, if still have problem then re ball or change cpu, post your result.

many times this type of problem are related with loose contact of battery's so please check battery connecter lesold it or change it if your problem not solved then rehot cpu and ram., your problem will be solved 96%...ok best of luck...
