strang Problem in galaxy s4 i9515

hi dear all master

i have face a problem i9515

the problem is when i power on phone

if power supply vol=4.5

just 0.04 mili A and not power on still 0.04 imp after release power button

i check Near U800 c835 and c838 no short equal value

i also check OSC800

i have lot of search forum and many JTAg option but my phone not power on

may be i think my problem ON NEAR BATTERY TERMINAL PLZ CHECK MY

REAL PHONE
