E251 Strange Problem

I got E251 with Strange Problem..

After Power On Work Only 1 Key then Nothing..

but when Lights Gose Off and I Press any Key it Works Only 1 Time then Same..

One More thing Sometimes LCD gose Blank and after Restarting LCD works OK..

Keypad works Only 1 Time then I have to wait for Light Off to Press another Key..


Already Flashed and Washed but Same..
Write Full Eprom & Unlock E2P Still Same..

Now I need Your Help to Solve this Problem..

Plz Give Me Propre Solution for this..

dear skynet4u i am fasing same problel now its ok
i openet from fasial (cover) & chek and this time set is ok
but hone i put the phone in fesial (cover) problem is same
finaly i am cheng key flap & naw set is ok
so pls chek the fitings proparly
and remuv pcb form cover then chek
