POWERFLASHER saying:BOX_AUTH_ERROR:32

Please help me!! I have a very complicated problem with my box actually when am connecting it it saying BOX_AUTH_ERROR:32. so i read a lot of post and tried to upgrade the firmaware and get the *.req and convert to *.fbi file.....etc.... But when i update the BOX its says BOX_UPDATED but still its saying BOX_AUTH_ERROR:32...... other program of POWERFLASHER is working perfectly on the PF_DCTxBB5.exe saying this problem!!! Does anyboby know how to repair the BOX!!

am tired of upgrading the box!! I did notice something when i read my box with "UFS3Tools HWK EMU free edition.exe" my eeprom Serial is not same as my BOX serial!! Is that OK??

Please HELP me!!! more than a WEEK am fighting to make it working!!!

i have already look on all these post but all these have not been able to solve my problem. that why i have crested a new post my problem is different !! am able to update my box but when i press on connect it says the same problem!!
