Here you find 3 or 4 software to update firmware. Update with it and re-update box with HWK update client 2.20
If shows again same error then you have to change 2 nos 10k resistance

difrence between hwk and tornado

Tornado and Twister are manufacture ufs box and HWK is you can say as security dongle or key which is added separately with ufs box. Without HWK box can not updated.

In my link only Sn changer software is also included if you find problem with UFS3 tool.
Change of Serial No is not important, important is why you change it. To update a box two things are necessary

1. Sn
2. HID

If you put here a illegal Sn box shows error message when you update.

You can Use if You have UFS Box with HWK Chip...

remove all setup

then disable ur anti-virus

then install the box setup

ur box working perfectly

Check and read Err:cmt 2nd boot body fail...... problem in all bb5 phone with fbus cable...... I m using latest version of sarasoft ... Reinstall HWK Suite but same problem... Plz help
