Your phone has WATCHDOG problem... in this case many reason why phone get trouble like's this... ex : bad unlock using free unlocker tooll, Bad rpl ( imei data/certificate ), or locked network by provider....( if phone get Watchdog problem unlock with any software not helped till now )
You can try this: You must know which operator it was 1st time (be sure), if you know it just get a 6120c with same operator copy pm FIELD 120 from the working one and write it to the damaged one - Yours. You may look for a friend to get you one.
I'm not 100% shure that it would solve Yor problem because it could be from 308pm field corrupted. But it is a good start.

There is only one fast solution with much budget....Calc.ask to rpl..!!!
