about auth error 23 or 32 anyone have that idea if use any 3rd party tools to do req to fbi process can damage hwk ?? in new minor you can have tempered or substitude. anyone know that ???

Hello everybody,
I am new in this forum and I will like someone to please assist me.
Please I want you to tell me how I can resolve this error.
The problem is that I formatted my system and each time I try to reinstall the Ufx,it will load completely but whenever I want to connect, it will come up with "Unexpected Exception: BOX_AUTH_ERROR:20.
Please I need your assistance.
