hello sir, thanks to your kind help. I got the file by email but I still didn't understood the process.
first time I select.req fbi file with click the ''update ufs firmware'', now whuch button should be click to the select the file given by you 1. update ufs firmware 2. licence 3. use license file plz give the correct option

Read and Follow Properly...

first time I select.req fbi file with click the ''update ufs firmware''

Follow This :
1. Run Update Client.
2. Select Your Language.
3. Click "Next".
4. Wait Until the "Update UFS Firmware" Button is Enabled and then Click it.
5. Select "xxxxxx.fbi" File.
6. After a few Seconds your Box will be Authorized.
7. Update Box.
