first thing you do make a folder on Drive D: and make a folder WINTESLA and install latest flash loader of your ufs3 box and try to connect it again

for flash loader you can use this

pic1 doesnt matter cos it only folder for dct3 flash files

pic2 try reinstall ufs suite v3.01, if still same repair with ufs3 tools
