no water damage. and have change many battery , clean pcb several time but no change pls for any further solution thanks.

Maybe you've got some corrupted NV-Items.
I lately had the same problem, took the Items from another SXG75.
Worked pretty fine- except the fact of being the Items off a Prototype, and now battery status display is missing.
But as the "wrong battery" thing now is gone, it seems to have been the right direction...
