W700 soluton needed

here i got a sony ericson w700
with mic not working and intermitly showing head set icon on screen
changed the mic, checked for oxidation ,cleaned the pcb rehot.. etc done
will you be pls to help me by sharing your idea/hand own
experiance / Picture soltions from your collection

is there any difference between these two
w700 and w700 i ? in mic input area
im not so proficient in these hansets
