P910i Front keypad problem... Please help

hi everyone, am having problem with my p910i keypad,when it's cloased flip the front keypad does not work but when it's open flip the qwerty keyboard work fine. please help i've remove the keypad and clean it but it's the same, don't you think it's a firmware problem, i have the following firmware:

phone: cxc162042 R4A006
bluetooth: cxc162028/1 R2C
organiser: cxc162041 R2A17
cda : cda162005/5 R2A16

if it's a firmware problem where can i get an upgrade firmware and how to upgrade it, please help thankssss

see the front keypaid strip and see his side swicth change it it,s 100% work

check prints on board if it is ok change key pad strip.

how to change it? i can't dissassemble the keypad,i tried but don't know how to open the keypad, i successfully remove the flip from the phone but there are no screw in the keypad to open it.

Try to change whole k pad

I too am facing the same problem with my 910i. Any solutions on how to remove the keymat strip
BTW i have managed to open the flip unit & have removed the keymat too.
