I noticed an option missing from one of the menus in my phone. thought a simple power cycle would do the trick. but nooo... i turned it off and now, it wouldn't turn on again. all i get is that pesky blinking red light beside the c button. the battery is not low nor dead. i'm sure it was almost full when it happened. help! I already know that it's a firmware issue. HOW DO I FIX IT??? help please... step by step solution is highly encouraged and will be much appreciated... thanks!.....
