D900 sim lock

i have SGH-D900 samsung mobile, i forgot the sim lock, so now im unable to use my mobile, so how to remove the sim lock? is there any code to remove sim lock ? please help me out

phone is sim locked.simply unlock it.no need to repair or write eprom.

eeprom reset dont resets sim lock... also direct unlock won't help... u have to read codes from the phone and put it manualy... what software do u have?
