smasung d900 problem

hi guys io ghot d900 from uk.i unlock it successfully but it shows limited service.plz give me solution nd guide me that is it hardware fault bcz someone told me its software fault.now what should i do waiting for ur help thanx

Which device u use for this model????If u use ust pro then its bug in this sw...U have to flash and then unlock it via ns pro...And keypad interchanging is also prob of ust!....SO try it with any other tool....Or try to flash it with opti flash!
