need help to flash samsung B7722 .....

Dear ,
i have samsung B7722 i want to update its firmwre . i want to put arabic /russian language. i m facing this problem when i press start button. here is the screen shot. nothinh happens other then blue line on botton.
any solution.

U have hwk?
if have then this file download to hwk support site.
then just put in pit file.
Then write flash click
cable need uart micro usb cable
