D500 tfs flashing error

I have a problem with flashing D500 tfs file:

File: /multimedia/videos/downloaded videos/Everything_we_do-a_Funky_Nashiville.3gp, Size: 8149603
File_Write Failed Ack_2
Warning, More Files Found than Specified in CFG File
TFS Write Failed, at: 0x0181E466

i have tried to flash it with many programs such UFS, Corona & with different files, also format NAND then flash, but always with same result.
The set condition is powered on without SIM ok but with sim it hangs on startup then restart and on.

Any help how it can be solved ???

Try Corona downloader and use speed 115200kbs.

Maybe is bad flash IC. Try NOR flash erase first, Nand format and next start dovnload software. And don't touch your pc!! wait on "dovnload complete".

i really appreciate your effort trying help me, but i have already tried this steps with no luck !!!
about hardware i really doubted about flash IC but some friends of mine told me that it may be not hardware defect & it's just need a powerful box to flash with such USTPRO or NsPro !!!
