phone is samsung i9190 SPD 3 CPU wanna to reset gmail account too many attemp

I read fullflash first and I save it in disktop with 512MB size well after that I format it by volcano and phone dead only android logo when power on phone I select CFT calibration and phone still hang at android log when power on

I try write back readed flash before but always dead set now I cant' write flash get error Ready to read/write again, please remove the power supply clip or battery and then re-loaded it.

And now Iam conffiused the readed fullflash before now have only 6MB size even thow it wase 512MB in the begining??????

I have ResearchDownload.exe and I need firmware Flash Type:[Hyundai] NAND_HY27UT088G2A in PAC format or factory file

with .pac not .bin cose the only way to revive my phone cose CFT calibraion did it and still phone hang at android logo
